Malleability of food values amid the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract Food values are supposed to be stable. This paper tests this assumption by comparing food before and during the coronavirus-19 pandemic. While ranking of remains very similar, there some interesting differences in relative importance that consumers attached A substantial decrease attach safety was observed pandemic, while a moderate increase taste, nutrition, appearance, convenience origin.
